Ignite Fitness online personal training programs are custom programs designed to cater specifically to your needs. From complete beginners to clients who are looking to compete in physique competitions, we have a program that will work for you. Whether male or female, looking to lose 100 pounds or just looking to stay fit and great shape, no matter what age group or purpose we will help you achieve your goals. Our certified personal fitness trainers have years of experience which include but are not limited to, fat loss, rehabilitation, muscle development, competition preparation, diet coordination, and goal setting .
Our online personal training programs were created to improve your fitness goals no matter where you are located demographically. Whether you have a daily routine already in place or you’re looking for the drive and motivation to establish one, our trainers will be with you every step of the way.
When you are ready to get started the first step will be to choose the program that best fits your needs, once you have chosen your program you will receive a questionnaire, this will help the trainers get a better understanding of what your current fitness level is, if any, and where you would like to be. This questionnaire will ask for information such as, current weight, height, and age. We would also like you to include any prior medical conditions or injuries you may have been diagnosed with. Also, any exercise equipment you may have access to or available to you, if any. Once this questionnaire is complete one of our trainers will put together a specialized work out plan fit to meet you specific needs. These plans can be altered throughout the length of your purchase in anyway in order to help your achieve your fitness goals.
Once your completed program is in place it will include a nutrition program, this will include meal plans for the length of your program and a variety of options so that you can mix it up, as not to get bored. We will not only lay it out for you but teach you a balanced lifestyle, including measuring portions and reading labels. Your program will also include your workout regimen, this will be based on the information you gave us in the questionnaire, what your levels of physical fitness are at the point you start and where you want to be.
Once you begin your program you will have personal skype sessions and one on one interaction with your trainer throughout the course of your program. These programs are designed to work around you and your schedule, your trainer will be with you every step of the way!
