 Basic Month-to-Month Program 

 If your goal is to shave unwabnted body fat and achieve a more fit and toned physique, improve your            overall health and longevity then my Basic Plan is right for you! I will teach you proper nutrition and                exercise. You will experience the freedom, energy and happiness of a fit and healthy lifestyle. Your                nutrition Plan will be tailored made for you. Your workouts will include strength training and cardio                  training with progression throughout your transformation period in order to help you achieve your                  goal as quickly as possible! Regardless if you have 100+ pounds to lose or just simply want to shed              that last 10-15 pounds so your summer beach body, this program will get you there. The basic                      program is available for Men and Women, any age, any fitness level. This Basic Plan will make you                feel GREAT!!!      20 Week or 26 Week Mass/Ripped Program 

    The Mass Machine Plan is for that individual that needs to go through both stages of adding some serious muscle and getting seriously ripped. The program will include a bulking stage with a Mass workout plan and a Mass nutrition plan geared towards those goals, and then you will be thrown into a cutting phase. Your workouts will be geared to get you ripped and looking amazing. Regardless if you’re a first timer to fitness, or have been trying to transform your body for years, this plan will help you get in amazing shape! This program includes a Competition Diet and alterations made by Matthew in order to get you stage ready. Also, this includes a Competition Workout with cardio progression and strength training workouts, peak week preparation, tanning guidance, competition day tips and many more helpful tips to ease your mind.     Want to look your absolute best for your wedding day? The Bridal Babes Boot Camp Program is the one for you! We will teach you how to make healthy and positive changes to your eating and exercise habits and experience the freedom, energy and happiness of a fit and healthy lifestyle. Through this process you will learn to shed body fat and achieve a leaner physique. The body fat percentage is the KEY to what you look like on your big day. Many brides want sculpted and toned arms, this means low enough body fat percentage that you can actually see the shape of the muscle underneath. This will take a combination of proper nutrition, cardio and strength training, which we will provide for you in this program! Give yourself TIME to get ready for your big day!! Don’t wait until the last minute and don’t just focus on fast scale loss…as that will lead to fast scale regain. This program will be focused on not just getting you to great shape for the big day, but also teach you habits you can carry on for the rest of your married life. The Bridal Boot Camp Programs will include some extras for you including tips on what to eat in order to look your best and tightest on your wedding day, as well as tips for the wedding day and the honeymoon!     The Keep Fit Stay Fit Maintenance Program is a 12 week program that was designed for those who are happy with where they are at and want to make sure they keep it. This is also for an individual who may have just completed any of the other Ignite Fitness transformation programs and needs a plan to follow to stay in great shape. This is not a transformation plan; this is a weight loss maintenance plan to keep fit and stay fit 

     This Program Includes:

  • Custom Maintenance Plan Workout which Includes Strength Training and Conditioning Routines
